Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at CMS Energy as an Office Manager.
This is a part-time, remote position based in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand.
As an Entry Level Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office operations and providing support to our team members.
Responsibilities: Managing office operations and administrative tasks remotely Coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements Handling correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing files Assisting with basic bookkeeping and financial tasks Providing support to team members and ensuring a positive work environment Implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures Performing other duties as assigned by senior management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Adaptable and resourceful mindset Soft skills in people management and analysis No prior work experience required, but willingness to learn and grow in the role Must have a stable internet connection and access to necessary work tools Benefits: Disability insurance Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates Training and professional development opportunities Competitive salary commensurate with experience Working Environment: At CMS Energy, we believe in fostering a dynamic and supportive working environment that encourages calculated risk-taking to drive innovation and progress.
