Auckland City, AucklandMain Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policiesOrganizing meetings, company events or conferencesOrder Stationery and furnitureDealing with correspondence, complaints and queriesLiaising with staff, suppliers and clientsImplementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systemsEnsuring that health and safety policies are up to dateAssisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on.Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper managementTrack stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessaryMain Requirements include but are not limited to:Verified experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant roleOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesExcellent organizational and leadership skillsSelf-motivated and trustworthyFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesExcellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software Qualifications in secretarial studies, office administration will be considered an advantageTo apply for this vacancy you MUST be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or have already secured the right to work in New Zealand and therefore hold a valid visaRecruiting on behalf of a client , please send your CV to ********** quoting 'Office Manager' .
