Office Manager - Automotive Workshop Auckland based a leading automotive workshop dedicated to delivering high-quality service, is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager. Position: Office Manager - Automotive Work Shop Location: Henderson, Auckland Minimum 30 Hours Gurenteed. Responsibilities: Administrative Oversight:  Manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the office to ensure smooth operations. Customer Relations:  Interface with customers to provide exceptional service, address inquiries, and maintain positive relationships. Financial Management:  Handle basic financial tasks, such as invoicing, payroll coordination, and maintaining financial records. Inventory Control:  Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring necessary supplies are always available. Appointment Scheduling:  Coordinate and schedule appointments, optimizing the workflow for the workshop. Team Coordination:  Work closely with the workshop team to ensure efficient communication and collaboration. Record Keeping:  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, invoices, and service history. Compliance:  Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards. Requirements: Proven 1-3 years experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role. Familiarity with the automotive industry is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
