**Job Overview:**
As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Auckland office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and organizational tasks, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace atmosphere. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Office Administration**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

- **Financial Management**:
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, including processing invoices and managing budgets.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all financial records are accurate and up to date.

- **Team Support**:
- Provide assistance to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative office environment.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and secure.

- **Communication**:
- Act as a point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming communication (phone calls, emails) and direct them accordingly.

- **Projects and Special Initiatives**:
- Assist in implementing office improvement projects and other administrative initiatives.
- Support organizational culture activities, including employee engagement events.

- **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure that the office complies with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

### **Requirements:**

- **Experience**:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office management or administrative roles.

- **Educational Background**:
- A degree or diploma in business administration or a related field is preferred.

- Strong decision-making abilities, with a track record of solving problems effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all facets of work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

- **Technical Proficiency**:
