Office Management (Administration & Office Support)
In the heart of Auckland's CBD, Brewer Davidson Architects are an award-winning architectural practice looking for a proactive, well-rounded Office Manager and Administrator to join our team. With a diverse portfolio of clients and scale of projects, we need someone to handle day-to-day management of our friendly, open-plan practice, as well as handle efforts in operations, marketing, and submissions.

This dynamic, in-studio position involves managing every facet of the studio's daily operations whilst supporting the directors in finance, health and safety, HR & recruitment matters.

Responsibilities:
Support daily tasks of Directors
Assist our accounts team
Participate in HR and new business initiatives
Create marketing material, tenders, and submissions
Manage website content

The ideal candidate is someone who can prioritise and manage their workload, show attention to detail, is reliable, and a confident communicator. You'll be an ambitious all-rounder with 3+ years of administration experience in the construction industry. You will thrive working in a team environment with a positive, friendly attitude that brings the team together.

Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Suite (365, Word, Excel), Xero, and Workflowmax is preferred.
