**Job Overview:** As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our office.

You will support various administrative tasks, work closely with team members, and help maintain a positive and efficient office atmosphere.
**Key Responsibilities:** - **Administrative Support:** - Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail, with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain organization of files, documents, and other important office information, both digital and physical.

- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements as needed.

- **Office Management:** - Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and ordered as needed.
- Support the maintenance of office equipment, coordinating repairs and servicing as necessary.
- **Financial Management:** - Assist in managing office budgets and expenses, providing reports as requested.
- Support payroll and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**Requirements:** - **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in business administration or related field is a plus.

- **Soft Skills:** - Strong presentation skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
