Your working hours will be minimum of 30 Hours to a maximum of 40 hours. You will be working from Monday to Friday between ( 9 AM to 4:30 PM). Pay scale will be between NZ$30-$32 depending upon the experience. Location: Auckland Job Type: Full Time Job Duties · Contributing to the planning and review of office services and setting priorities and office service standards. · allocating human resources, space and equipment. · assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff. · managing records and accounts of the office. · liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems. · Handle general office administration, update internal company policies and identify additional policies as needed. · ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained. · ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures. · coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance appraisals, payroll, training and supervision. · Responsible for Health and Safety, including meeting scheduling, incident reporting, improvements and accreditations. · Ensure smooth office operations, including maintaining office supplies and equipment, coordinating maintenance, and improving office processes. · The management of the team. · Prepare contracts for new employees and participate in interviews as required. · Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing staff. · Staff attendance monitoring, ensuring leave is managed appropriately. Requirements ü Proven 3 years of experience in similar role or hold at least Level 4 qualification or above. ü Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. ü Ability to work independently. ü Great communication skills, verbal and written English. ü High attention to detail and accountability for tasks. ü Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a high-volume environment. ü People-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to motivate staff and ensure collective company goals are met. ü Competence in building and effectively managing relationships at all levels of the company. ü Clean criminal record and Zero tolerance to drugs at workplace.
