We have a great opportunity available for an experienced Office Manager/Administrator to provide support to a busy Programme Management team within a large healthcare organisation.
The key function of this role is to enable the team to carry out their work efficiently and effectively and to keep the office running smoothly.
This role is a 2 year fixed term contract, working full time hours, based in Grafton.
The Role Supporting the Executive Assistant with their work load - monthly data reporting, meeting agendas and minute taking, monthly audits of assetsOrdering of office suppliesMain contact for all service providers such as landlords, security, cleaners etcCoordinating team meetings and eventsAssisting with staff recruitmentCarrying out staff induction/orientation Maintain an up to date desk fileOther adhoc duties as requiredThe Candidate 4-5 years of office administration experience which includes managing the running of a small office.
Healthcare administration experience would be an advantageExperience in staff supervisionStrong abilities in MS Office - particularly Word/Excel/OutlookAdministration experience in a large complex organisation desirableThis role is starting ASAP so if you feel this would be the right fit for you please apply now with your CV to be considered.
