Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Full time At CCTV Drain Inspections, we provide video pipeline inspections for all commercial and domestic clients.
We are seeking a full-time (Monday-Friday) office manager/admin to keep our office running smoothly and support the director and technical staff.
Our ideal candidate will have a great sense of time management, a positive can-do attitude, multi-tasking abilities, and top-notch customer service skills.
Responsibilities: Providing quality administration and customer service General office management Coordinating and scheduling jobs, meeting demands, and the ability to think on your feet Accounts payable and accounts receivable Payroll, GST, PAYE (in XERO) Initial customer contact via face-to-face, phone inquiries, and email inquiries Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years in administration Great customer service skills Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually Self-motivated, able to work with minimum supervision Excellent written and verbal communication People skills, a deliverer of excellent customer service Ability to learn and adapt to various computer systems Excellent time management High level of accuracy in processing transactions Previous experience of Xero is desirable; however, training can be provided to the right candidate Good organizational skills are a must MUST HAVE RESIDENCY OR VALID WORK VISA.
You will join a small, close-knit, and supportive team.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
