This is a special role for a special person. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, strong computer abilities and a high level of attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task.
Reporting to Golf Course Manager, this role is primarily responsible for overseeing the team, managing hours, rosters and activities and co-ordinating Health & Safety (including all training).
The role also involves assisting the Senior Golf team with the processes needed for the successful running of the golf course. No two days are the same in this varied role; you will need to be a strong multi-tasker, hands-on, flexible and willing to tackle anything that comes your way.
About you...
We are seeking a person who is:
Self-motivated – enjoys both a challenge and responsibility
Computer literate and prepared to learn a specialised Golf Course software package
Mature, able to work well in a team environment
Competent and accurate in the management of accounts, budgets, wages
Personable, with a good sense of humour
Has proven office experience, including some knowledge of Health & Safety.
