Your Role:
As a vital part of our team, you will contribute to the seamless and efficient daily operations of our Front Desk. Your responsibilities encompass attending to guest inquiries, reservations, and housekeeping requests. Upholding our guest service standards is paramount. Your adept problem-solving skills and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations will set you apart.

We will look after you, with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

Requirements:
While a minimum of 1 year's prior experience in a hotel reception is a requirement, it's your exceptional qualities that hold the greatest importance for us. Familiarity with Clarity is advantageous but not mandatory. Holding LCQ, GM, and First Aid Certificates is a definite advantage. Your flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and evening shifts is crucial for success in this role.
