About the role
An awesome opportunity for someone looking to step up into a Food and Beverage Management position. A natural leader excited to train and direct staff, manage daily operations whilst providing a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position working 40 hours a week over a 7-day roster.

This role will suit an up-and-coming candidate looking to step into a Management position at a high-end level. We are seeking someone who has phenomenal people skills and is a natural leader. To be successful in this role, we are looking for:
A strong background in Restaurant / Hotel Management
Ideal experience in selecting and recommending wines
Highly organised and fantastic communication skills
Strong Interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
Some responsibilities include
Management of staff and rosters
Ensuring quality service
Day to Day operations
Handling customer feedback
Complying with health and safety regulations
