Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager/Construction Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting both our construction and management teams through a range of administrative, accounting, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and a strong background in office management and basic accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the construction and management teams
Handle customer service inquiries professionally and efficiently
Coordinate office administration tasks to ensure smooth workflow
Manage project budgeting and tracking using intricately integrated software such as Xero, Procore, and Buildxact
Perform basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in administrative assistance and office management
Basic accounting skills and familiarity with financial software
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with construction industry practices is advantageous
Superior time management and problem-solving skills
