Office Management (Administration & Office Support) You often hear of roles being considered 'the glue' and this is exactly what this role is. You'll play a big part in keeping the team organised, fed and happy – whilst simultaneously providing some key support to our Sales & Marketing Teams and helping ensure we provide outstanding levels of service to our very important customers. If you find joy in crossing things off a To Do List and in working with a pretty awesome group of people then this may just be the role for you. Initially we see this role as being 20 hours per week across 3 days (Monday, Tuesday and Friday), and due to the nature of the work it is office based.Must haves:You'll have a 'get things done' attitude, with a bias towards action.You'll be a self-starter with a high degree of drive.You are proficient with MS Office SuiteAttention to detail, great communication and being super organized is second nature to you - ability to prioritise will be key.You're able to build trusting relationships with a variety of stakeholders.You'll have a friendly and approachable disposition – bringing the energy and laughter with you each day!Ideally you'll have a couple of years' experience in a similar role – but really it's going to come down to having the right attitude and the skills as mentioned above.Key Responsibilities:Be the liaison between us and our 3rd Party IT support providers – this will also include keeping our assets up to date.Manage the relationship with the lovely people that maintain our grow walls and indoor plants.Proactively take care of all the general office needs; stationery, food, drinks etc.Ensuring the office is looking it's best at all times.Be the point of contact for building management tasks – including car parking and security fobs.Coordinate company travel, working with team members and our Travel partner.Working closely with the Head of People & Culture and Social Committee to drive company meetings and internal events - this often involves food :)Work with our external contract manufacturer and ensure forecast stock is always up to date and in line with sales forecasts.Liaise with the sales and finance team to ensure orders are correct, payments have been received, hardware is shipped and delivered on time with the correct documentation.Working with Marketing on events planning and organization when required.Organize & attend Sales team meetings to stay acrosssales activities so you're positioned to proactively jump in and support.Provide support to the EA to CEO where needed.The WayBeyond values are super important to us, and a big part of who we are and how we show up each day!We turn up and do what it takesWe take on the impossibleWe create customer stories of triumphWe keep results front andcentreWe contribute to our tribeIf the above has you excited and you think the role and WayBeyond could be a great fit, but you don't tick all the boxes then please still apply!
