Capable of supporting the Company Directors and our Property Managers with a wide-ranging set of tasks. You'll be responsible for: Assisting the Company Directors and our Property Managers with all sorts of administrative tasks - from filing to following-up on calls to reference checking to booking travel… the list goes on. Working with our Marketing Lead to run our socials and help with marketing initiatives and special projects. Managing our office and making sure everything is stocked-up and good to go. Liaising with and working across other areas of the Stable business. To be successful in this role you'll have a happy personality and loads of common sense, be great at time management and be very organized – you'll also be willing to dive in and learn new things. You'll be customer-focused and have cracking administration skills, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic environment. One of your favorite phrases will be 'how can I help?'
