Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

Southland Farm Services is a locally owned and operated Delaval dealership that has been servicing farmers throughout the Southland Region since 1994. Our focus is providing our clients with around the clock services and support, covering everything from the supply and servicing of milking machinery to water filtration, pumps, effluent design and installation, rural and domestic plumbing.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, time management, and strong attention to detail.
Role Responsibilities:
Creditors - Data Entry / EOM reconciling
Support and cover for Administration Manager
Cover for other administrative roles within the team
Customer Service - Incoming calls / Counter Enquiries
General Administration Duties
Skills & Experience:
Proven administration and time management skills (minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Familiarity with Nimbus or the ability to learn new systems
High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Customer Service experience (not essential but preferred)
