About the Role:
We seek to fill an Office Administrator - Accounts, Customer Service & Payroll position at our processing facility in St Johns, Auckland.
The Office Administrator is responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices, payments, and collections. The administrative support also includes customer service, such as order processing and customer communication. Finally, the role is responsible for processing payroll on a weekly basis. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Processing customer orders and returns.
Managing and updating customer records.

Accounts Payable: Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Maintain vendor files and manage vendor relationships.

Accounts Receivable: Process customer invoices.
Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments.
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
Prepare bank deposits and post customer payments.

Other: Assist with weekly payroll.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide support for audits.

About You:
Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Skills & Experience Skills and experience we are looking for:
