Through integration and collaboration, we're building a health system underpinned by partnership, equity, sustainability, whanau-centred care, and excellence.About the roleProvide support, coordination and education in order to influence and strengthen nursing staff undertaking PDRP.Promote excellence and the enhancement of practice demonstration in line with Nursing Council competencies.Be the key resource for supporting staff to achieve their PDRP requirements as well as participate in local, regional and national PDRP forums.About youTo succeed in this varied clinical coordinator role you'll need to be a person who collaborates, influences, teaches, supports and mentors staff, hospital wide. The outcome of your input is a safe and highly competent workforce that reinforces our commitment to keep patients at the centre of everything we do.Applications are welcome from registered nurses with a current APC and a minimum of Proficient (Expert or Designated Senior Nurse), PDRP portfolio.
