Volunteer part-time role (reasonable expenses covered)Approx 12 hours per weekNetball Northern is seeking a Team Manager for the 2025 Northern Marvels campaign, competing in the National Netball League. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with team manager experience, who is well planned and organised, and has the motivation and passion to drive the success of the campaign.About the roleAs the Team Manager, you'll oversee the logistics, administration, communication, and operational management of the team. You will also be vital in upholding the team's values, culture, and expectations, ensuring these are effectively communicated and embraced across all levels.The role works closely with the Northern Mystics Team Operations Manager, the Northern Marvels Head Coach, and the wider management team to drive the campaign and support the Netball Northern performance programme.The role includes:Leading internal and external communication - providing an effective information flow between all key stakeholders.Managing the programme's finances, logistics, and operational needs, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently and on time.About youIf you have strong communication skills, are well planned and organised, can lead and be held accountable under pressure, have a 'team-first' attitude and a good understanding of the role of a team manager, we'd love to hear from you.Time commitmentsIf you're interested in this role, you'll need to commit to the 7 months between December 2024 to July 2025.
