The Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor's primary responsibility is to manage the pre-operation and post-operation cleaning process and ensure all regulatory standards and compliance are maintained, as well as ensuring our operations team can run efficiently.The cleaning nightshift is anywhere between 4:00 PM and 06:00 AM, depending on production hours, and will require availability on weekends and public holidays.QualificationsKey requirements for the Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor include:The supervision of cleaning staff, including accurate timekeeping and pay records, their health & safety, and ensuring effective work practices.Consistent monitoring of pre and post-operation cleaning processes to ensure high standards at all times.Coaching, developing, and mentoring cleaning staff.Ensuring the site is compliant with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015.Effective communication and conflict management skills.Previous experience in a supervisory/leadership role is preferred.
