In this role we are looking for our new leader to:

Be a strong people leader and have the ability to motivate a team.

Have strong and clear communication skills to effectively interact with team members.

Be organised and be able to prioritise workload to ensure tasks are completed on time.

As a dedicated night owl you will be working outside our normal trading hours to get the job done. A night in the life of a Supervisor - Nightfill could look like:

Ensuring the shelves are stocked and looking great for our customers who will be shopping the next day.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the store and stockrooms.

Keeping your team striving and motivated to achieve great results within tight time frames.

Championing health and safety practices.

The hours and days for this position are:

Sunday to Thursday 2100-0530.
