We are currently looking for a full-time Warehouse / Operations Team member to join our small but bustling team. The Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll be a key member of our close team, taking ownership of order fulfilment and supporting daily warehouse operations. You will work closely with the Head of Operations, Operations team, and Purchases team.

Full-time Shift: Monday to Thursday (8.00 - 17.00), Friday (9:00 - 15.30)

Part-time Shift: Monday to Friday (10:00 - 14.00)
About you
To be successful in this role, you must have:
Mandatory experience working in a fast-paced fulfilment centre, such as Amazon, with a solid understanding of digital order processing and warehouse operations.
A positive, hard-working attitude with the ability to adapt to different tasks and work under pressure to meet KPIs.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfilment.
Ideally, forklift operation experience, with a certification being highly advantageous.
Own transportation and a full, clean driving license, as there is no public transportation to commute to our Business Park.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Use our in-house system to ensure accurate order fulfilment (Picking, Packing and dispatch) of our B2C and B2B online orders.
Ensure accuracy of our Inventory through using a variety of Inventory measurement controls.
Maintain constant communication with our Purchasing team to ensure supply and demand are aligned and to prevent over/understocking of product lines.
Work inbound deliveries, reviewing accurate quantity, quality and put away of inventory to our warehouse.
Report non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
Work with our courier online portals to ensure efficient and accurate printing of address labels and end of day manifests.
Occasional cover for local deliveries to our B2B clients using our temperature-controlled fleet of vans.
General warehouse duties including cleaning.

Ability to work on feet and carry objects weighing up to 25Kg.
Honesty, reliability, good time keeping and a positive attitude to work.
Self-motivation and drive.
Full clean driving license.
Desirable:
Previous experience driving in a professional capacity.
Forklift licence.
A genuine interest in food and Spain.
Understanding of supply chain procedures.
