Fixed Term 6 month contract
Full-time role, minimum 40 hours per week
Shifts from 6pm to 3:30am, Sunday to Thursday (negotiable)
Onsite visits to various cleaning sites in Wellington
Supporting our night cleaning staff
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough quality checks and resolving any issues
Inducting and training new cleaners
Delivering cleaning products to different locations
Providing ongoing support and feedback to cleaning staff
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Clean full driver's license
Flexibility in work schedule
Commercial cleaning Supervisory experience
Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred
Additional Skills (optional):
Proficiency in a second language, especially Spanish, is a plus!
