Job DescriptionAbout the role: Be accountable for responding and assessing service requests and building a commitment to customer excellence. Support our company practices by ensuring all administration processes and procedures are best practice.
Responsibilities: Locating faults, identifying and analysing the cause of faults on the network and recommending work to fix themAct as an extension of the Control Room to operate the network, including completing switching activitiesSelected inspection, maintenance, and replacement activitiesScope customer-initiated work and ensure that customer relationships are maintainedThere is a requirement to take part in the standby roster to attend to after-hours fault callouts.
About you: Our ideal candidate is proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication skills. You will excel in working independently, embrace new challenges, and quickly adapt to evolving technologies.
Additionally, you will bring:
NZ electrical workers registration and current practising licencePrevious experience dealing with faultsCurrent Class 1 vehicle licence, a Class 2 heavy vehicle licence is desirableMainPower requires all successful applicants to complete a pre-employment drug test.
