With exciting growth nationwide, we are actively looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team at our Otautahi, Christchurch or Kirikiriroa, Hamilton office.

About the Role: Based in either Otautahi, Christchurch or Kirikiriroa, Hamilton, in conjunction with the Project Manager, you will have financial ownership and provide effective and efficient cost management and contract administration services including: Monthly client financial reporting Cost estimation and budgeting Tendering and trade procurement Cost control and monitoring Valuation and payment certification Risk management and dispute resolution Contract administration About You: As a driven self-starter with high attention to detail and an inquisitive personality you will add value and continuously strive for excellence!
In addition to this, you will have the following attributes: A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a QS role in New Zealand, ideally in the commercial construction environment.
A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, or relevant industry experience.
Demonstrate strong teamwork skills with a great work ethic.
Exhibit ample initiative and innovation in the way you work.
Strong communication and numeracy skills.
Confident with the full MS Suite & navigating MS Project software.
Experience using Procore & Jobpac would be an advantage.
