Your opportunity Our Technology team plays an essential role supporting online and physical Westfield destinations through digital platforms and infrastructure services, creating technology solutions for retail partners, supporting our people to be effective and enabling best-in-class cyber security.
With this broad remit, our Technology team has capability across almost all technology disciplines, so you'll be part of a diverse and highly skilled team.
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Network Engineer. You will be driving stable, secure, and functional networks platform across our public clouds, data centres and destinations whilst modernising and migrating these onto strategic solutions.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for: Support the modernisation and progression of our foundational technologies that support the future of the company, Cloud First.Build and maintain high availability systems through automation and self-service to application and business teams.Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks as part of project modernization.Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.Configuring firewalls, routing, and switching to maximise network efficiency and security.Maximising network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting.This role is fixed term, full time for 24 months.
