Network and Infrastructure Lead

In this role, you will design, implement, and manage reliable, user-friendly infrastructure solutions that support both our people and customers. You will play a key part in advancing our cloud strategy, improving network performance, and ensuring secure, resilient systems aligned with our business objectives.
As Network and Infrastructure Lead, you will oversee cloud and on-premise environments, optimising performance, security, and cost-efficiency with a focus on Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS). You will collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals, manage vendor relationships, and uphold the highest standards of security and compliance.
We're looking for a strategic thinker who can shape high-level plans while also being hands-on to execute and deliver tangible results.
Cloud & IaaS Strategy: Develop and execute Azure-focused cloud strategies to optimise performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
Infrastructure Management: Oversee cloud and on-premise infrastructure, including virtualisation and data centre operations.
Network Design: Design scalable and resilient LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud network solutions across hybrid environments.
Performance Optimisation: Analyse and enhance network performance across cloud and on-prem environments.
Collaboration: Work with IT and business teams to align cloud strategies with organisational objectives.
Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLAs are met.
Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain robust security measures and compliance standards.
Scalability & Growth: Ensure infrastructure can scale with business demands and evolving technology landscapes.
