As a Senior Developer, you will play a fundamental role in shaping the design and architecture of an application. The successful candidate will bring a broad range of experience and a deeper technical perspective to the team. You will get to: Write well-designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practicesGather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needsBe responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the platformStay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activitiesControl and govern quality outcomesAdhere to patterns and practices for secure software developmentEnsure all code is documented and participate in code reviewsContribute during estimation and design sessionsEnsure "shift left" testing policies are implemented, with unit testing being part of each code releaseMentor and coach junior and mid-level developersDocument and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear codeAdhere to the rules in place for our source control management (ie.
