Ka Puta Ka Ora Emerge Aotearoa is a national provider of mental health, addiction, disability, offender rehabilitation, wellbeing and housing services. In every aspect of our work, we are committed to helping whanau be the best they can be.We are looking for an experienced National Property & Asset Manager.Duties of the role include but are not limited to:Maximise the "value" of the assets owned and managed by the GroupEnsure the team is clear about their tasks, objectives, deadlines and scope of practiceEngage with the business to understand their property & asset requirementsContribute to property strategy including investment, divestment and developmentEnsure maintenance plans are monitored and any delays, potential cost overruns or risks are reportedMonthly Property Maintenance reportingEnsure Asset Management is delivered in accordance with industry best practiceWork collaboratively with the business to identify opportunities for improvementsThis is a fixed-term full-time role for 6 months.
