We are seeking a dynamic National Projects Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our project management capabilities.In this newly created role, you will be responsible for establishing best-practice project management frameworks, ensuring consistency across national and local projects, and fostering the success of both our team and the business. You'll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to deliver complex projects that meet or exceed client expectations, all while ensuring we maintain our high standards for health, safety, and environmental compliance.Key responsibilities include:Leading and developing a small, high-performing team of project professionals.Implementing best-practice methodologies for project delivery, governance, and documentation.Managing high-complexity projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Driving continuous improvement in project processes and systems.Engaging with clients to develop long-term project plans and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.About you:Proven experience delivering complex projects and contributing to the financial success of a business.Excellent leadership, organisational, and time-management skills.Strong financial acumen, with experience managing project budgets and financial performance.Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task effectively.A team-focused attitude, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive performance.Have the ability to work across our customer sites in Devonport, Papakura and Whenuapai or alternatively be Wellington based.Why join us?
