As National Business Manager - Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and actionable recommendations to enhance performance and achieve business goals, leading both our property accounting and business accounting teams.The CompanyLifetime Group is a leading New Zealand financial services company offering expert advice in insurance, investments, retirement planning, mortgages, employee benefits, and fire and general insurance. As the lead of their accounting business, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth and foster long-term success.Your role:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence as a valued advisor.Review compliance accounts and provide support/feedback to members of staff.Grow and maintain the client base, driving new business into the practice and providing referrals to your Financial Adviser colleagues.Lead both practices by providing support to each manager (property and business services).Support the General Manager, Lifetime in ensuring the firm is delivering on its strategy and meeting its commercial goals.Your Profile:Hold a current Certificate of Public Practice.Be a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities.Have a strong understanding of accounting and business principles with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work for clients.Have proven experience of overseeing staff and reviewing compliance accounts.Hold full, unrestricted working rights for New Zealand.If you are interested in the above position, please don't hesitate to contact Mark Harper on 022 07 55423 or email ******.
