Job Description: We are looking for a talented and passionate Chefs to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing Hyderabadi dishes, a creative approach to culinary arts, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Hyderabadi dishes, including biryani, haleem, kebabs, and traditional desserts. Work unsupervised Develop new menu items and special dishes that showcase the richness of Hyderabadi cuisine. Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation. Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and hygiene standards. Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish served. Collaborate with the management team to plan seasonal menus and promotional events. Requirements: 3 Years experience in the similar industry or Level 4 qualification in the cookery In-depth knowledge of traditional Hyderabadi cooking techniques and ingredients. Strong leadership and team management skills. Creativity and a passion for culinary innovation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards under pressure. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
