Mortgage Relationship Manager

We are looking for a talented Mortgage Relationship Manager for our expanding Finance Group.Role Description:You will be doing customer reviews on our existing clients, updating information and attending to borrowing needs including new applications and interest rate refixes and rollovers.You will be assisting a team with new mortgage applications to the business and managing those customers on an ongoing basis.Key Attributes you will bring:Efficient processor: You must be able to move quickly and effectively.Strong Technical Credit Writing and Property Credit Knowledge.The right energy.Ability to communicate with clients: Sit in front of a client, obtain information, and get documents signed.Experience: At least 5 years in residential/commercial transactions out of a bank/finance company/broking house.Reasonable tenure.Remuneration:If you bring the above attributes to the table, you can name your price!
