Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications) Full time Welcome to the new home of Moana Pasifika rugby. We are more than a Super Rugby team — we are a movement. Moana Pasifika exists to improve the lives of all Pasifika people. Our ambition is to raise Pasifika people up through rugby, other sports, businesses, cultural ventures, and social programmes. Designed, built, and run by Pasifika people, the Moana Pasifika Super Rugby franchise is unlike any other in the world. Our mission is to empower Pasifika people and culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute marketing strategies and communication execution across Moana Pasifika channels. Support the evolution of the brand strategy and work cross-functionality with the commercial function to build. Support the design, delivery, and delegation of the marketing communications strategies operational plan, including BAU, commercial, game-day, and reporting tasks. Oversee, review, and support team members to deliver quality and timely expected outcomes. Collaborate with Moana Pasifika colleagues to identify and implement continuous improvements to commercial initiatives and team ways of working. Support the development of team capabilities and build a culture of excellence in delivery of customer and sponsorship experience. As an employee of Moana Pasifika - Pasifika Medical Association Group, you are required to familiarise yourself with and comply with all organisation policies. Promote a safe and healthy workplace by undertaking responsibilities. Essential Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. At least 5 years' experience in Marketing or Communications. A proven track record of working as part of a senior management team. Demonstrated leadership on strategic marketing planning, marketing delivery, and external contractor management. Demonstrated experience in engaging and brand-aligned campaign communications. Experienced in people management with proven ability to develop others. Core Capabilities: Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite. Ideally experience in but can be trained on CRM and marketing related software. Open and embracing of new technology. Fosters an environment of relationship building, collaboration, and respect. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Highly Desirable: Relationship or previous work experience with a Pacific organisation. Fluency in a Pacific language.
