Position: Club Catalyst Mentor Service: Delta Inspire @ Delta Launch Reporting line: Operations Manager, Delta Launch What is this role responsible for?
We are seeking passionate and experienced Club Mentors to support high school students in creating and managing various clubs.
As a Club Mentor, you will guide and inspire students as they launch and lead clubs based on their interests.
These roles are part-time and hourly and can be done remotely.
This role will include: Working closely with students based across the world.
Maintaining reasonable levels of communication with students outside of formal sessions.
What we are looking for: At least 4 hours of availability to tutor each week.
Passion for education and experience tutoring students.
Key Responsibilities: Teach Students How to Start a Club Provide Personalized Mentorship Leadership Skill Development Guide Club Operations and Event Planning Promote Project Management Techniques Help with Marketing and Member Recruitment Track Student Progress Support Students in Preparing for Presentations Nice to have: Willingness to participate in designing curriculum and course materials.
Oxbridge/Ivy League graduate or Industry experts.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Leadership, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience with extracurricular programs or school administration.
Demonstrated success in launching and managing student clubs, initiatives, or youth programs.
