Your role will include managing allocated client relationships in a positive manner, developing new business to achieve set targets, providing marketing support in terms of implementing marketing initiatives, and providing digital marketing support for clients.This role also includes working with digital marketing tasks ranging from social media to larger scale digital marketing campaigns. You will deal with multiple clients on a day-to-day basis, providing an industry-leading experience to clients to enable the creation of awesome digital experiences.ResponsibilitiesOur customers are at the centre of everything you do, and providing a great customer experience is critical.Account ManagementBecoming the main point of contact for clients you manageMaintaining close, effective working relationships with key account customersProviding a great customer experience, every timeManaging project budgets, and ensuring work done is on budget and on timeProviding day-to-day support to clientsProviding support to other business units for internal projectsEnsure service level agreements are achieved for all clientsGraphic DesignDesigning any required content for campaigns you manageUpdate websites as neededGenerate new client conversions to achieve set targets, both internally and for our clientsAchieve targets for new salesAssist with managing the brand for the business and for our clientsCoordinate and assist with developing all marketing activities for the business as per the business planMonitor market trends in the industry and report back to the managing directorDevelop and implement strategies to maximise and enhance opportunities for the company and our clientsReportingUnderstand and report on client accounts and campaignsComplete and provide reporting for weekly/monthly sales reportProvide reports to the managing director as requiredAdministrationProvide administration support to the business as requiredGeneral ObligationsPromote a safe and healthy workplace by undertaking responsibilities as outlined in health and safety policy and proceduresDemonstrate the core values of the company, by being honest and open, professional, respectful and 'walking the talk'.Deliver great customer service by always listening to the customer, consulting and acting professionally.Work well with other members of the team in a positive and respectful manner at all timesAny other relevant duties as per the Managing DirectorRequirementsA tertiary qualification in marketing or graphic design (or related disciplines) is not compulsory, but will be considered an advantage.Experience in use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Visio, Access, PowerPoint Outlook)Effective customer relationship management skills.Proven sales and/or marketing skillsThe ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with people at all levels, and externally.The ability to work well as part of a team as well as to be self-motivated and work autonomouslyGreat written and verbal English skills i.e. you can send a professional email without grammatical or spelling errors, and can answer a phone confidently
