With three B-C websites currently in operation, we are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and enhance our marketing efforts. Job Description: As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.). Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Developing content for marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and website updates. Monitoring and analysing campaign performance to measure effectiveness and ROI. Collaborating with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency. Managing social media accounts and engaging with followers to build a strong online presence. Assisting in organizing promotional events and trade shows. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related role. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
