We're expanding our team and looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to join us as we finish this year strong! About Us: We proudly supply top brands like Konka, Konic, Lockly, Segway, Soundcore, Ugreen, and Reolink. Our mission is to build new partnerships, expand our product offerings, and provide exceptional service to our valued partners and customers. Job Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and promotional events.Manage our social media pages by creating engaging content and interacting daily with followers to enhance community engagement and grow brand presence across platforms.Analyze regional sales data to identify trends and opportunities, developing targeted marketing strategies to boost sales.Design and produce promotional materials and advertisements.Prepare and present monthly reports on marketing effectiveness.Manage marketing budgets for campaigns and events.Oversee and implement email campaigns, focusing on content creation and audience targeting.Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.The ability to grow and adapt to new tools and strategies, coupled with creativity and innovation to help our products stand out.Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking a driven and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of electronics and the retail space, and a readiness to tackle challenges. You should be a problem solver and a team player! While relevant experience is advantageous, we welcome students or recent graduates studying marketing who are eager to enter the field, provided they demonstrate a solid understanding of the role and its technical aspects. Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (graphic design).Familiarity with Mailchimp, Google Ads, and Facebook/Instagram Ads.Experience in newsletter creation.Proven track record in content creation and experience in both digital and traditional marketing.Understanding of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools.
