Tim Webber is looking for a part-time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our passionate team at our studio in Grafton, Auckland.
The role is for 24 hours per week over 3 days or 4.8 hours per day over 5 days.
You will be responsible for all marketing and social media aspects of the company, providing a varied scope of work.
Tasks and responsibilities will include: Creating and designing newsletters, promotional material and advertisements.Developing social media content and managing daily interactions, including responding to comments and messages.Collaborating with the Tim Webber team to support various projects, such as creative content for ads.Attending product installs and events (as required) with the purpose of creating content.Working with the Tim Webber team on other initiatives, including showroom parties and product photoshoots.Administering website updates including journal pages, new products and maintaining current products.Copywriting for website, advertorial and social media use.The successful candidate will need to have strong communication skills, a creative mindset, be organised and exhibit technical proficiency across platforms.
We are looking for someone who has a passion and appreciation for the importance of good marketing management.
Someone who loves design and has a knack for words and images.
Skills/Experience (required): Marketing and social media coordination experience (at least 3 years is preferred)Strong communication skills (written and oral)Time management skillsTechnical skills including Microsoft Suite, social media platforms, InDesign, Photoshop and Shopify.
