Marketing Manager - Music Industry

Are you an experienced marketer with a passion for music? Our client is a leading Australasian music business with a vibrant presence across the region. They are searching for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team in central Auckland. 
This role will see you assigned an artist roster, primarily focused on artists across Australia and NZ. Your creativity and marketing expertise will be crucial in crafting innovative strategies that resonate with audiences and elevate our artists' profiles. 
Key responsibilities: 
Develop and implement marketing strategies for your roster of music artists. Build and nurture strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and support.Project management, budget management, creative and content delivery, e-commerce, paid marketing and reporting. Candidates for this role will need: 
At least 5 years' marketing experience in relevant sectors such as commercial entertainment, record labels, touring, music media or similar. A deep passion for and understanding of the music industry. Exceptional relationship management, communication, and presentation skills. Meticulous attention to detail with strong prioritization and organizational abilities. A proven track record of creating and implementing strategy marketing campaigns including paid, promotional, social, content and creative. The team culture is strong across the business, with a big emphasis on creativity, transparency and collaboration.
