Marketing Manager Permanent Role Up to $120k Our client is a leading commercial property company. As Marketing Manager for a large retail complex, you will be charged with setting the direction for the marketing function and helping to achieve maximum sales for retailers.
What will you be doing? MarketingPreparing and execution of marketing plan that is developed to deliver competitive advantage for organization success. Liaise with retailers.Ensure communication platforms (e.g. websites, social media and newsletters) are maintained and kept up to date to provide accessibility to events and promotions of centres.Maintain regular communication, ensuring the Centre Management team are conversant with the Centre's Marketing activities.Responsible for the content and maintenance of marketing materials on the website and other digital channels.Be fully conversant with the demographic and socioeconomics of the Centre's trade area.Stakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong Stakeholder relationships across retailers, local authorities and communities.ResearchTo organise, conduct and analyse market research to establish the centres' catchment, customer profile, market trends, consumer needs and attitudes.To undertake competitor analysis to maintain and provide cutting edge and relevant marketing activities.What will you bring This is a role for a marketing professional with strong experience within shopping centre retail (or similar).This role is 70% execution and 30% strategy.
