Role overview: Reduced to Clear are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join its growing team.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the CEO on developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand growth, enhance market presence, and achieve key business objectives.
Key responsibilities: Lead the development of brand campaigns, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Collaborate with creative teams to design and produce marketing content and collateral that resonates with target audiences.
Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns from conception to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Track and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn), email marketing, and content marketing.
Oversee website updates and maintenance as well as developing Reduce to Clear's eCommerce presence and capability.
Work closely with the merchandising team on all in-store marketing activities including in-store promotions and product placements, POS, in-store marketing activations and events.
Foster excellent relationships with Reduced to Clear buyers to ensure product placement and promotions are optimised.
Key requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience within retail, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and brand development.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Innovative and proactive with a passion for driving brand success.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional value.
