Formulate sales propositions, project briefs, and FAQs based on market feedback.
Analyze data to refine lead generation strategies and improve targeting.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media aimed at brand awareness and lead generation.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to maximize lead acquisition and conversion rates.
Work closely with sales teams, channel partners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with agents, vendors, lawyers, and members of the press to establish a high profile for the business.
Coordinate with external partners, such as advertising agencies and digital marketing firms, to enhance lead generation efforts.
Content Creation: Develop compelling content that attracts and engages potential buyers.
Manage the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.
Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on lead generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Review and report on team performance, campaign analysis, and competition status.
Present findings to senior management and adjust strategies based on feedback.
Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in marketing with a focus on lead generation, within the real estate or property development sector is a must.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques and team management experience.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
