We are seeking a well-rounded, energetic, adaptable and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Green Gorilla team. This is a standalone role that is hands-on and requires a motivated individual with a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail.
As part of our dynamic team, you will manage the planning and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to ensure positive perception through brand, advocacy, and customer communications. We are continuously looking for opportunities to improve our brand recognition, digital footprint, and customer experience, and in this role, you will be responsible for helping achieve this as well as grow our business and our impact.
In this role you will drive marketing strategy, manage promotions and advertising, maintain and manage an up-to-date website, prepare social media marketing campaigns, and schedule content for social media channels, build relationships, creatively solve problems, and support via development of collateral and customer journeys.
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
A deep understanding of marketing principles and their application in a commercial environment.
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business or related field.
Minimum of 5 years' marketing related experience.
Demonstrated experience in strategic brand management.
The ability to self-manage, set, and deliver on targets and goals.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Strong relationship builder and team player.
Attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
Waste industry experience will be an advantage.
