The Role As the Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute annual marketing strategies for designated product categories across the company's commercial offerings. Supporting Product Managers and Sales Teams, you'll be responsible for effective promotions, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the timely launch of products. You'll also execute B2B marketing activities, such as case studies, trade shows, and dealer promotions, while developing content for various platforms. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll implement brand activities and continuously evaluate the success of promotions and advertising campaigns. Key Requirements Include: Experience in delivering effective marketing and advertising strategies. Strong understanding of media placement and ROI optimisation. Excellent project management skills to successfully deliver multiple projects. Experience in financial management, budgeting, and forecasting. Desired Experience & Qualifications: Experience in marketing within trade or commercial channels. Proven success in delivering B2B-centric campaigns. Familiarity with industrial products or manufacturing solutions. Proficiency in Excel, with design experience in Adobe Suite or Canva as a plus. Note: Some travel, including overnight absences, may be required.
