Marketing Manager - 12 Months Location: Auckland, New Zealand We are looking for a Marketing Manager (12 Month Mat Leave Cover) to join our team in Takapuna, NZ.

The Marketing Manager will plan and deliver marketing initiatives to support Dilworth Hearing business to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
Key Responsibilities: Support development of brand guidelines as required.
Support development of Brand strategy for Dilworth Hearing as required.
Work with Bay Audiology CX and Brand Manager to access research and insight into customer behavior.
Manage and report on NPS scores and feedback.
Develop and deliver marketing plans (ATL and/or BTL) to achieve forecast requirements.
Brief and manage agencies to deliver on time and within budget.
Develop internal clinic communications.
Monitor and report results throughout and at completion of campaign.
Adjust marketing activity as required to achieve required results.
Support ASP growth through timely product and pricing promotions.
Support delivery of the CRM programme to ensure delivery to forecast requirements.
Ensure clinic communications are completed in a timely manner via eDM and intranet.
Work with CRM Manager to maximize re-engagement opportunities for each CRM segment.
Identify and support implementation of new CRM opportunities to drive additional revenue.
Support Digital Marketing Manager to manage website - ensuring website content is relevant, accurate, compliant, and up-to-date at all times.
Support Digital Marketing Manager to ensure Digital Lead Generation and Brand awareness targets are delivered.
Support Digital Marketing Manager to ensure customer experience is optimized via digital technologies.
Online directory listings content is updated regularly and is accurate.
Support content updates on internal Intranet.
Develop and deliver marketing plans to deliver medical referrals for audiology services.
Build relationships with allied health professionals.
Manage GP webinars, GP conferences, GP outreach, and GP screening clinics and deliver to business requirements.
Plan, coordinate and attend (as required) medical conferences.
Manage directories and advertising channels.
Forecast and manage spend for all marketing activity.
Track and monitor Marketing ROI by channel.
Support in development of reporting and forecasting tools across marketing functions.
