Role Purpose With a deep understanding of our consumer, this role is about being guardian of our brands framework globally, driving activation plans and asset creation with specialist teams and conduit for managing assets & delivery to local marketing teams for execution.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Brand & Activation planning across portfolio – twice yearly (Spring Summer and Autumn Winter sets).
Lead global marketing strategy and asset planning for your brand portfolio (with the support of the Senior Marketing Manager).
Work hand-in-hand with the Commercial team to deliver presentation decks for bi-annual internal sales meetings and external previews.
Provide direction to local marketing teams for in-market execution, to ensure campaigns align to global calendar and best-in-class assets are used and maximised.
Lead Consumer and Brand Insights for your brand portfolio, using internal and external tools to get a deeper audience understanding – be the voice of these insights within Global Sales and Marketing forums, and send timely brand-led email updates on performance and the competitive landscape.
Delivery of portfolio's Global Asset Suite – Briefing all specialist teams and trafficking assets to ensure on-time delivery of: Product Photography - All product photography needs are briefed to specialist teams and upload managed with e-comm team to ensure right assets used by Local Marketing teams.
Talent Photography - Photography needs are briefed to specialist team, assisting Marketing Coordinator to manage NZ photo shoots including aligning talent and sample coordination.
Being the product and brand hero in the room for photo shoots.
TV Assets - Brief TVC deliverables around items, communication messaging, audience, and timings to ensure TVCs align to brand guidelines and are delivered in time to meet local market execution.
Influencer Assets - Brief influencer deliverables around items, communication messaging, audience, and timings to ensure influencer campaigns align to brand guidelines and are delivered in time to meet local market execution.
Digital/Social Assets - Brief & support social team for content creation that aligns to brand framework and guidelines and meets global and local timelines.
Digital Asset Management ensuring all digital assets are monitored and point of view shared for local teams to support in-campaign optimisation.
Work with the Copy Writer to ensure product copy written, proofed, and sent to platform team for upload.
When required, provide brand & product proof points for PR and approve releases.
When required, support on co-creation of best-in-class instore POS and feature assets.
Management of office product samples, storage and sample room maintenance.
(Where relevant) own your brand portfolio's brand guidelines, including briefing and maintenance, partnering with design and product teams, to ensure the brands are consistently represented globally.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING: You studied marketing, business or related field and you have strong passion for it!
1-3 years' experience in a marketing role (social, brand marketing, digital marketing or equivalent).
Ability to multi-task and be able to set priorities, and stay focused in an ever-evolving environment.
You're a go-getter with energy and determination to continuously improve.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a tenacious nature to be the brand voice within global forums.
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs with a focus on PowerPoint.
You love a fun product, you are creative, and always keeping up with trends on socials.
You are excited to contribute ideas and participate in our brainstorming sessions.
