With over 45 employees in our Marketing department, you'll be part of one of New Zealand's largest in-house teams, working on vibrant promotions, events, and campaigns that capture the essence of SkyCity Hospitality.
The Role As the Hospitality Marketing Executive, you will collaborate with the Campaign Manager to create and deliver exceptional marketing campaigns designed to drive visitation and revenue targets.
You'll get hands-on with everything from strategising promotions to executing exciting events across our hospitality portfolio.
Your role will involve working closely with internal teams, including social media, communications, legal, and operations, as well as liaising with external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities : Assist in planning and executing the annual calendar of marketing activity for SkyCity Auckland Hospitality.
Work closely with operations managers and other stakeholders to ensure marketing products and services drive visitation and revenue.
Create customer-centric promotions and offers to enhance the SkyCity brand and customer experience.
Develop reports and post-campaign reviews to measure and track the success of key initiatives.
Champion the SkyCity brand across all touchpoints, ensuring all campaigns are on-brand and deliver measurable results.
A bit about you : A marketing degree or similar qualification.
3+ years of marketing experience with strategic thinking and professionalism.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with an understanding of end-to-end campaign management.
A proactive attitude - you love making things happen!
Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional marketing campaigns.
Hospitality or entertainment industry experience is a bonus.
Customer-focused with the ability to work across all levels of the business.
