Our iconic client, Rainbow's End, needs no introduction! They seek a passionate, pragmatic, and customer-centric marketer to lead insights to focus business planning and to drive marketing that engages customers and achieves commercial and strategic goals.
Rainbow's End has an exciting strategy and investment schedule ahead, along with strong engagement from staff, customers, and stakeholders.
This is a diverse marketing role and a great opportunity to take ownership of all facets of marketing. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead a team of marketing and sales professionals and have overall responsibility for analysis and insights, strategic planning, marketing activation, sales planning and delivery, forecasting, and more. You will play a lead role in maintaining the heartbeat of the business: the customer experience.
Your track record as a data-centric marketer will be key, as will your collaborative, creative, yet planned, approach.
You'll know what good looks like, and you may come from an FMCG or product background. This is a great role for someone who is curious about all aspects of marketing, enjoys leading projects, and loves to give things a go through a test-and-learn approach.
