Job Description: We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for these functional accountabilities: Campaign Execution and Management: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
Ensure campaigns are implemented on schedule, within budget, and meet the intended objectives.
Track and report on campaign performance metrics.
Content Creation and Coordination: Create, edit, and manage marketing materials such as brochures, email campaigns, social media posts, blog articles, and website content.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and ensure content aligns with the company's messaging and goals.
Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, product launches, and promotional events.
Handle event logistics, such as venue booking, registration management, promotional material preparation, and post-event follow-up.
Ensure events run smoothly and achieve desired outcomes.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to gather data on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Analyze research findings and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research data.
Administrative Support and Coordination: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining marketing databases.
Ensure efficient workflow and communication within the marketing team and with external vendors.
Track marketing budgets and expenses and assist in preparing financial reports.
Qualifications: Organizational Skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
Communication Skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating marketing content and coordinating with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
Attention to Detail - Precision in executing tasks, ensuring accuracy in marketing materials, data entry, and reporting.

Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns.
Technical Proficiency - Familiarity with marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, website editing, and analytics tools.
Project Management - Skills in planning, executing, and overseeing marketing projects from inception to completion.
Interpersonal Skills - Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
